6. “Transaction” includes every money transfer initiated by You through tKash.
7. “tKash”, “We”, “Our”, or “Us” denotes tKash.

SERVICES

Money Transfer Services:

• Payment Method: Users have the option to fund money transfers using various Payment Methods, including Bank Cards, bank accounts, and other payment methods available through the tKash.
• Prohibited Purpose: Users are prohibited from engaging in unlawful activities, including but not limited to facilitating gambling transactions or engaging in fraudulent activities such as self-sending to falsely indicate financial stability.

Currency Exchange Services:

• Exchange Rates: Currency exchange rates provided by tKash are subject to change and may vary based on market conditions.
• Currencies: tKash offers currency exchange services for a range of currencies, including but not limited to those listed on our platform.
• Fees: Users may be subject to fees associated with currency exchange transactions. These fees are disclosed upfront, allowing users to make informed decisions.
• Exchange Process: Currency exchange transactions are conducted securely through tKash’s platform, ensuring the safety and integrity of the process.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU

We do not assume any liability for:

1. goods or services which You pay for using the tKash, and here, in particular, their delivery;
2. malfunctions in communication facilities over which We have no control;
3. the loss of data or the delay in transmissions caused by using an Internet service provider or a browser or other software over which We have no control;
4. the services provided by Your Card Issuer;
5. viruses originating from third parties;
6. errors on the tKash or with the tKash that are the result of incomplete or wrong information that You or a third party provided;

We are not obligated to initiate or execute a money transfer if:

1. We cannot obtain sufficient evidence of your identity;

3. You have provided us with incorrect or incomplete information, or we do not receive your transaction information in a timely manner to ensure the timely execution of the requested money transfer; or
4. Your card issuer does not authorize the use of your bank card to pay for the transaction and our fees.

YOUR RESPONSIBILTY TOWARDS US

4.1. You agree to pay our fees for every money transfer you initiate via tKash.

4.2. You consent to and acknowledge the following:

1. The information provided in order to effect an online money transfer is true, accurate, current and complete;
2. You will provide Us with any identity, verification or further information or documents as may be requested by Us;
3. You must share the Transaction data (amount of money, Your name, Your country, name of the Receiver and MTCN) with the Receiver only. You are obligated to ensure that no third party can gain unauthorised access to this information. We recommend that You transfer money only to beneficiaries that You know personally;
4. You shall not provide false, inaccurate or misleading information;
5. You shall not use the Western Union Online Service for Prohibited Purposes;
6. You are personally responsible for keeping Your password and Your username safe

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY TERMS

1. Ownership of Intellectual Property:
